Translation mode per language

Users can now choose a translation mode per language. Each language can use either instant translation or create new page mode.
All existing configuration will be the same when updating.
In the options select “Translation mode per language”. All languages selected further into the configuration will be available once translating the page.
In the translator dialogue we’ve added two new tabs. One for instant mode and the other for create new page mode. Depending on which mode is used for a language that language will be removed from the other mode.
Example:
German is used in instant translation → automatically removed from the create new page mode
